Organization success completely depends on the employee performance and human resource manager play an important to enhance those performances. One of the important roles of HR manager is to develop the organizational structure on which organization run successfully. HR manager is one of the integral parts for organization to achieve the long term goals.
There are several reasons why I choose HR manager as my career and they are described below: * Each of the organization has employee and to manage the employee organization need a department named as HR department. All over the world each of the organization has its own HR department, so there is ample of job opportunities around the globe. This will ensure me a secure job for a smooth transition in my career. * HR management role is very challenging job and I am very much passionate about to take very challenging job role. * HR manager has to retain and recruit the talented people. This is very interesting job role in an organization to achieve its long term goal. HR manager plays a significant role for organizational profitability. * HR manager develop the plan of Human Resource. They conduct the interview, give advice for skill development and manage employee relations. All tasks are very interesting and I like interesting job very much. * HR manager play a significant role for development of organizational policy that is one of the integral part for organization to run very smooth
The HR department ensures there is a sustained quality to relationships. They establish and communicate policies, practices and rules the organization expects both management and employees to follow. After establishing a job description, manager will work closely with HR team to review and learn of the recruiting process. Having the manager work closely with HR ensures that legal obligations and policies are followed throughout the hiring process. HR will also help assist with matching the job description to the salary required for the position.
- HR Managers contribute to the strategic and operational level, and previous personnel managements have had to take on broader tasks within the organisation, and HR is now a fully integrated function of the organisation.
Human Resources Manager is responsible for the implementation of research and training, communication as well as arranging orientation and inductions. As well as updating legislation and safety practices utilized by the company.
The HR department officials in most organizations perform as they should. In most cases, they also focus on achieving the right things. Human Resource departments focus organizing, controlling, and hiring employees in organizations. When organizations apply HR practices, the results are great client satisfaction, a good net margin, and reduced sickness absence (Richard and Johnson, 2001). Vermeeren et al. (2014) posit that there is a great relationship between performance and HRM. Most organizations use the human resource department to ensure that operations run smoothly.
The HR Director’s job is to create and implement HR programs and policies, manage all areas of employee development and relations, and assist with organizational and space planning. The HR Director will work with other members of the HR department to manage recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, employee counseling services, and training (samplejobdescriptions.org, n.d.). The HR Director will report to the CEO and will serve as a member of the executive management team.
The emphasis is on support and empowerment. The HR manager listens well and communicates personal warmth and openness. This leader empowers people through participation and attempts to gain the resources people need to do a job well. HR managers confront when appropriate but try to do so in a supportive climate

The positions is no longer simply administrative, human resources has become the heart of organizational culture. Human resources help companies make the best of their human capital by hiring intelligently, providing incentives towards retention and creating growth opportunities for the employees. An organization who values their employees cannot afford having a human resources department that does not function in a strategic partner role. Human resources professionals, in organizations are equipped with the knowledge, skills and abilities to work with talented senior leaders in an organization. They have the ability to successfully partner with each department within an organization to understand the overall business. HR professional can assist in designing strategic plans to balance the needs of the organization, the employees and the stakeholders. HR can help align efforts of the various functions within the organization with the established goals. They can support the organization’s functions by recruiting, developing and retaining company team members who are crucial. HR should be the driver of the organization’s values. They must not only focus on internal tasks but must step outside the box and fully understand the organization as a whole, how it operates, the competition and what could influence the organization's progress. They must be able to handle change, perform environmental scanning, understand outsourcing and processes
Human Resource Management (HR). This is the management of a business’s workforce or people. It is responsible for several things including the selection, training and assessment of employees, making sure that employment and labour laws are complied with and ensuring the leadership of the company overseen properly. In smaller companies the HR department may just be a few trained staff, but in larger organizations there will be a whole department focussed on HR.
The role of the HRM department basically three: human relations, organization theory and decision making. Their responsibilities could be either individual, organizational or career development. And it has four basic implementation strategies: Acquisition, Development, Compensation and Maintenance.
Human Resource Manager focuses on three main areas which are Recruitment of, Management of and providing training for the people who are employed within the organisation. This department deals with hiring, health and safety, motivation for the employees (such as bonuses) and managing the performance. An organisation that I will be relating this too is Tesco. There are three main factors that Tesco has to consider and they are Internal planning, External planning and Employee skills.

Personal Development Plan (PDP) is a specific plan for your future in short-term of six months or twelve months. It is necessary that you have objectives set up for yourself, and plans and actions to be taken in order to achieve those objectives. Following PDP is a good way to improve yourself, and to acquire skills and knowledge. Therefore, it is advisable to continue doing PDP one after another. Also, PDP includes your CV, so you can update it with new experiences or skills acquired.
