SUMMARY: The purpose of this job is to process all returns of product from our customers and
properly status code all uncrated product.
Process all product returned and through customer pick up point: 60 %
• Inspect product for defects. Make proper determination of merchandise movement.
• Create blind purchase orders. Accurately process paperwork.
• Accurately tag product and assign status coding of returns.
• Wrap merchandise.
Check in of merchants delivery service routes: 30 %
• Verify all orders which were delivered. Accurate and concise detail on check in.
• Properly note problem orders. Proper processing of all COD payments.
• Follow through on any questions arising from check in. Proper distribution of paper
work.
Movement of product: 10 %
• Determination of where product needs to go. Safe movement of product.
