For the stability of carbocation we know that the allylic carbocations are more stable than the vinylic carbocation. 

We also know that more alkylated carbocation is more stable than the less alkylated carbocation.

     3° > 2° > 1° > methyl carbocation

Hence, the 3° allylic carbocation will be more stable than the 2° allylic carbocation and 1° allylic carbocation.
