JUST IN TIME LEARNING:
Much of the educational materials we receive in our institutions are to prepare us for the future. Many students ask about whether what they are learning will come in handy or when will they use it and teachers reply that just learn it and you can apply it just-in-case when you need it.
But when you learn something when it is actually needed and not before time it is known as Just-in-Time learning (JIT). It does not defer the implication of knowledge instead it relies on self implication while learning. Following are the advantages and disadvantages of Just-in-Time learning.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF JIT:
My personal experience was when I was to do work for editing screen shots captured and web designing of my company. I viewed the tutorials on the company’s website. These tutorials took me step by step through the individual elements of making changes in website of my company doing screen captures and working with designs. In that I had already little bit knowledge of such software to some extent, the tutorial program allowed for the skipping of steps in favor of a review of steps that were more unfamiliar. There I learned the new material and applied it on the instance.
CASE STUDY DATABASES:
The Head First Labs and O Reilly provide guides on databases. With their help the changes asked to be made in website without crashing it was an easy task. They only provided the right resources used for

High productivity: In the workplace there are numerous people belonging to different caste, culture ,sex ,class etc. and each individual has the capacity to offer different views and ideas to a particular problem or challenge. Thus it increases employee morale and
implementation occurs. As noted in this course, I observed that "readiness" is a common thread. Interest and learning styles, as well as, adjusting content, process and product are also important, but without knowing if a student is ready for the next challenge, all learning and teaching could potentially be lost.
I used Java in my previous semester course (IT 353) and also during my internship. I have basic knowledge of C#.

Learners can focus on elements of a programme they need to learn and can skip what they already know.
Author Ralph Waldo Emerson once stated, “Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.” This statement proves to be correct in today’s society. The world is always making technological and educational advancements. Therefore, people should always take advantage of being able to learn and understand new concepts. Emerson’s statement is correct because people should challenge themselves into learning beyond what they already know because it expands them to new opportunities, gives them experience, and increases personal growth.

We could develop a similar example using student study time; some study time will result in an improved understanding of the subject matter, but there will be a point where
as learning does not stop outside the classroom, therefore it is of value to teach learners skills that they
